Garage Site Information
Cotton Tree and Ash Villa's
Trawden Parish Council, as from April 2016, have taken over the running of the two garage sites at Cotton Tree and Ash Villa's, Colne Road in Trawden. These have been transferred to us from Pendle Borough Council.
If you would like to be added to a waiting list or have a query regarding the garage sites, please complete the form below.
Please note - it is common practice that the tenant pays ground rent to the Council, but the tenant is responsible for the purchase and any repairs to the garage structure.
Allotments
To the rear of Cotton Tree Lane.
At the Parish Council meeting on 1st August 2022, it was resolved that we would transfer the responsibility of the allotments to the newly formed, Trawden Forest Allotments Association.
As such, all enquiries and requests to join their waiting list need to be sent direct to this group. A copy of the waiting list is available via the link below. The allotments association hold the waiting list, the Parish Council cannot add to you this. Please contact them, via the email address below should you wish to be added to the list or for any information or queries on terms and conditions, vacancies of plots, or any other general enquiries.

Trawden Forest Parish Council still own the allotments sites at the rear of Cotton Tree Lane and the land adjacent to Hollington Street, and we will continue to invoice tenants, annually, for allotment rents.
